PFPPA is a non-governmental organization working in the field of family planning and sexual and reproductive health. PFPPA is a member of the International Federation (IPPF) . IPPF is the strongest global voice safeguarding شكراual and reproductive health and rights for people everywhere and has Member Association (MAs) in 182 countries worldwide.

PFPPA is seeking to hire a Program Director in its Executive Office based in Jerusalem.

Responsibilities :
1-Play a critical role in the development of PFPPA .
2-Responsible of the activities related to programs implementation , resource mobilization , proposal writing and capacity building.
3-The development of innovative initiatives on Palestine’s reproductive health needs.

Qualifications:
1-A relevant graduate with at least 5 years relevant experience.
2-A keen grasp of reproductive health issues.
3-Sound cultural and political sensitivity along with high level communication.
4-Leadership skills are essential.
5-Analytical and time management skills.
6-Fluent English and Arabic and excellent written communication skills are essential.
7-Strong project development and management experience.
